Board Member Boot Camp is designed to help clarify the roles and responsibilities of the Board of Directors and the Executive Director. At the conclusion of this three-part training series, attendees will leave having a better understanding of their roles, tasks, and what is and isn't their responsibility. In addition, attendees will be able to identify strategies to increase board member engagement. This training is ideal for executive directors, their board members, and those looking to join a nonprofit board.
