The Director of Philanthropy is responsible for leading the organization’s fundraising strategy and achieving annual revenue goals that sustain and grow The Hunger Coalition’s impact. Working closely with the Executive Director and Board of Directors, this role builds strong relationships with donors, foundations, and community partners while developing systems and strategies that support long-term financial sustainability.

This role provides leadership to the development team and ensures fundraising efforts are strategic, coordinated, and aligned with organizational priorities. The Director of Philanthropy serves as the organization’s lead strategist and accountable leader for annual fundraising performance and revenue outcomes as well as potential significant capital or programmatic fundraising efforts.

This position works in close partnership with the Director of Communications to ensure alignment between fundraising strategy and organizational messaging.

Since 1975, Iowa PBS’ Market to Market has been a nationally distributed weekly journal of agriculture and rural affairs. In partnership with Iowa PBS, Idaho Public Television is seeking a creative, mission-driven Producer/Director to research, produce, write, and edit compelling news packages and feature stories that bring policy, people, and local impact to life on screen. The goal? To tell more stories about agriculture and rural life in the Mountain West.

Based in Idaho, the Producer/Director will work with producers, subject matter experts and the Iowa PBS Public Affairs team to create 12 feature stories and 24 news packages annually that resonate with viewers across Idaho and nationwide.

The Program Manager is responsible for leading the growth and implementation of the Safe Families for Children program in the Treasure Valley. This position balances program management and oversight with community outreach, and direct support to families in need. Working in close partnership with the District Director, Program Supervisor, Program Coordinator, and Ministry Leads, the Program Manager ensures program safety, quality, and impact. This includes supervising MSW interns, supporting and training Family Coaches, guiding family intake and placement processes, and strengthening partnerships with local churches, service providers, and community stakeholders. The ideal candidate is mission-driven, highly relational, detail-oriented, and experienced in working with at-risk children and families.

Conservation Voters for Idaho (CVI) protects Idaho’s environment and quality of life by informing, engaging, and empowering citizens who care about our natural heritage, thriving democracy, and healthy communities. CVI is seeking a Campaign Manager to use canvassing and outreach methods to connect with Idahoans to increase support for Conservation Voters for Idaho mission, programs, and aligned elected officials. They will work to build and maintain a robust network of supporters ready to take action on a variety of mission-related topics including clean energy, public lands, climate resilience, voting rights and voter turnout.

This position requires a passionate, outgoing individual excited about engaging in conversation with a broad spectrum of Idahoans. The Campaign Manager will be responsible for implementing strategies set by the Executive Director to administer and manage local and statewide political campaigns, engage and mobilize community members, and support the overall goals of CVI’s leadership team. This position will be expected to engage in door-to-door canvassing or other outreach activities at least during election seasons. This position will supervise the Field Organizer and Voter Outreach Specialist positions. The Campaign Manager will be expected to work nights and weekends as needed, especially during election cycles when more than 40 hours per week will be necessary.
