Position Summary
The Staff Accountant performs a wide range of accounting and financial functions to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial activities and records. This position supports all various areas of accounting in accordance with organizational policies, internal controls and applicable accounting standards. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the Staff Accountant is primarily responsible for Accounts Receivable and the reconciliation of various related ledgers and reports. The role also supports day-to-day financial operations, monthly and year-end close processes, audit preparation and regulatory compliance and reporting.

The Development Director will lead DECA’s fundraising strategy and execution during an important period of organizational growth. Reporting to the Executive Director, this individual will build a diversified development program across individual giving, major donors, grants, sponsorships, corporate and foundation support, and mission-aligned industry relationships. The Development Director will strengthen donor and sponsor stewardship, manage sponsors and partner relationships, and establish the systems, processes, and reporting needed to support sustainable growth.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a strategic, relationship-driven professional who can identify new opportunities, manage time-sensitive priorities, build structure where it does not yet exist, and work independently while collaborating closely with the Executive Director and DECA’s growing team.

The Development Director (DD) of Learning Lab helps build the community of supporters that makes Learning Lab possible. Through meaningful relationships, thoughtful stewardship, and exceptional fundraising experiences, this role connects generous people with opportunities to transform the lives of adults and families through personalized education. Every coffee, handwritten note, sponsorship conversation, and fundraising event helps invite our community into stories of transformation.

Far + Wise is a dedicated education non-profit organization offering year-round Kindergarten to Career programming at no cost to qualifying Blaine County students. Through targeted academic support, skills training, and workforce preparation, Far + Wise removes barriers to learning and opportunity and paves the way for lifelong success.

Far + Wise delivers two comprehensive programs to support Blaine County students from early learning through the completion of a post-secondary program:

Lewis Scholars Program (grades K-12+): Beginning in kindergarten, daily afterschool enrichment focused on literacy, numeracy, social-emotional development and consistent mentorship through high school graduation.
Cimino Center for Career Exploration (grades 6–12+): Hands-on career pathways, workplace exposure, skill-building workshops and post-secondary navigation.
Position Description:
Far + Wise is seeking a Career Center Director to support the growth, planning, and execution of Career Center programming. The Career Center is an expanding program designed to provide Blaine County students with meaningful career exploration experiences that help inform their career trajectories and prepare them for life beyond high school.
This role works closely with the Executive Director and the administrative team to ensure high-quality, mission-aligned programming. The Career Center Director is involved in all aspects of program development and delivery, from designing experiences and managing partnerships to supporting enrollment and overseeing student progress.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role for someone who is organized, proactive, and excited to build programs that connect students to real-world opportunities.

The Part-Time Family Resiliency Education Coordinator (FREC), guided by the Family Resiliency Education Supervisor, plays a key role in advancing the mission and goals of the Family Strengthening Education Program (FSEP). Through courses, workshops, groups, and community events, the FREC helps families build on their existing strengths, celebrate resilience, and expand opportunities for growth.

The Advocate Coordinator serves as a dedicated mentor and supervisor for our volunteer Guardians ad Litem, ensuring every child in our care has a powerful voice. In this role, you will foster collaborative partnerships with pro bono attorneys, the Department of Health and Welfare, and the court system to advocate for the safety and well-being of children. By providing consistent guidance, training, and support, you ensure our advocacy meets the highest state and national CASA standards while making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and youth.
