Position Summary
The Staff Accountant performs a wide range of accounting and financial functions to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial activities and records. This position supports all various areas of accounting in accordance with organizational policies, internal controls and applicable accounting standards. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the Staff Accountant is primarily responsible for Accounts Receivable and the reconciliation of various related ledgers and reports. The role also supports day-to-day financial operations, monthly and year-end close processes, audit preparation and regulatory compliance and reporting.

The Idaho Conservation League (ICL) is seeking a thoughtful and motivated individual with a background in community engagement, environmental studies, and/or natural resources to support ICL’s Central Idaho office. Specific areas of responsibility include building community support for ICL’s strategic initiatives, with specific emphasis on our public lands campaigns; recruiting and organizing volunteers for ICL’s Wilderness Stewards program; and working with partners and the statewide ICL team to create opportunities for supporters to influence decision-makers and policy through online and in-person advocacy.

The Specialist will be supported by a larger statewide engagement team and work with our Ketchum office staff to build public support for strategic initiatives through public outreach. These initiatives include protecting the Sawtooth National Recreation Area and restoring the Snake River in southern Idaho to a safe, swimmable, and fishable condition. The Specialist will also serve as the primary community engagement lead for ICL’s robust public lands program and oversee the volunteer Wilderness Stewards Program. This role will empower members, supporters, volunteers, and the public to bring about positive environmental change.

The Legislative Fellow will assist the Government Relations Associate and the External Relations Team in carrying out strategic priorities on issues related to legislation and outreach during the 2027 Idaho legislative session. The Fellow will be expected to attend committee meetings at specifically scheduled times, which may be outside the normal work day, and complete and distribute updates by a deadline.

This position will be based out of the ICL Boise office, with some remote work possible. Attendance at hearings, legislative and/or partner meetings in the Idaho State Capitol will be required.

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Community Initiatives Manager combines
relationship-building, facilitation, program development, and project management. The position works
closely with community partners to develop and implement solutions that respond to identified needs,

The Idaho State Historical Society is recruiting for a full-time Development and Membership Administrator.

The Development and Membership Administrator will oversee the private fundraising and grant development efforts of the ISHS, implement a comprehensive development plan, collaborate with the Foundation for Idaho to build our agency’s family of supporters, and advance our membership and volunteer program. The administrator serves on the leadership team of the Idaho State Historical Society and reports to its executive director.

The Idaho Out-of-School Network (ION) TMC Lab Project Manager will provide coordination of the TMC Labs Statewide and develop the systems, partnerships and materials to support the vision, mission and long-term goals of the Idaho Out-of-School Network as follows:

Minimum Qualifications

Ability to use technology, such as Ipads, laptops, projectors, and to use PowerPoint and other presentation programs. Ability to stay calm and to adapt in varied situations. Proficiency in reading, writing, and comprehension of the English language.
