The Philanthropy Manager provides day-to-day leadership for WCA's philanthropy program by developing and strengthening donor relationships, supervising philanthropy staff, and implementing fundraising strategies that increase philanthropic support. This position manages donor cultivation, stewardship, annual giving activities, volunteer engagement, and donor communications while ensuring accurate donor data, reporting, and departmental performance. ICOLT is seeking a dedicated and organized Program and Operations Manager to oversee the Coalition’s operations and member engagement. This part-time position serves as ICOLT’s sole staff role and functions as the organization’s central operational manager, responsible for managing the organization’s operations, coalition engagement, contractor coordination, grant administration, and implementation of Board priorities.

Under the supervision of the Eastern Idaho Regional Director, the Administrative Assistant provides exceptional customer service and administrative support for The Idaho Foodbank's Eastern Idaho operations. This position serves as a key support resource for staff, volunteers, donors, community partners, and visitors by coordinating office operations, maintaining organizational records and databases, supporting donor and constituent management through Raiser's Edge NXT, and assisting with the planning and execution of fundraising, community engagement, volunteer, and outreach events. The Administrative Assistant helps ensure the efficient operation of the Eastern Idaho branch while advancing The Idaho Foodbank's mission through strong organizational support, community engagement, and relationship management.
